Ban lifted?

Has anyone managed to get a ban lifted. I used a banned prase once (which I see all the time), then received a message warning me that it was against the rules. I replied and said sorry it won’t happen again but since then can’t post statuses. Over three months now. I’ve tried emailing admin but had no reply. I feel it’s mega harsh, ad I see worse every day. I literally typed a coded word once

General advice is if you message admin and got no reply the ban is staying put.
