Why am I getting notifications saying 2 Friend Updates when I don’t have any friends? When I click on the link it shows me an empty friend list. So what’s causing these notifications?

I have friends and the friend updates never show bit the first one. Been broken for a while - maybe what you're describing is a glitch too.
