Perhaps you might think about allowing searches in countries such as Spain where there are significant numbers of visitors from other countries and locals looking for meets?

The who’s near function is great but it would be handy if you could search some of these places in advance of visiting.

As someone living in Spain, I agree. We have to register at a UK address which pisses some people off too.
