Unable to add status

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help,

We have been unable to update our status for a couple of weeks now, have never received any correspondence from admin to say we have been banned, is this normal?

Hi guys, i've submitted a few of them but not heard anything, it makes it super difficult not being able to update the status, and i'd of atleast expected a message if we had done something wrong
