Over on FabGuys, I was browsing the site/app whatever, and on one of the tabs I tapped on, may have been by accident cause I've got chunky fingers, it says “We're not accepting upgrades at the moment”

What's going on here? That's like Bonnie Blue saying she's not accepting cock for the foreseeable. Is this the same for anyone else?

You normally see that message if you have been disabled so that you don't pay. Ask on Fabguys from the contact link
