Hi, we've changed the settings so people should not be able to see us in their list, but they obviously can. Any ideas please?

I might be wrong but I think the only ways you can stop people viewing your profile are to either block them individually or hide your profile

Filters do not stop people seeing your profile, it only stops them messaging you.

Everyone here can view every other user, unless they have been individually blocked. This is irrespective of preferences.

You can prevent your profile from being viewed by those who are not users, such as resulting from a search engine search, in your account settings

Message filters don't impact on viewer types.
