I would like to ask fro some more FAQ, specifically to cover

What MODS are, how they are selected and their powers. Of course what one might think OK another might think NOK.

Being banned, what triggers a ban, how long for and how will the person know other than not being able to do something?

Pictures, whats acceptable and whats not.

Of course Admin has a lot to do and since it is basically a free site they can't devote a huge amount of their time on a free project.

Maybe the various mods could come up with the FAQ on banned, Pictures, and what they are about with ADMIN approving the FAQ's before they are published.

After all most people on the site will gladly help out to maintain the free status of the site.

Appeals could go to the other mods anonymously, on a thumbs up or down basis
