I have my own profile and decided to setup a MM couples profile with someone else on here.

I already had site supporter access on my own account (the usual options are Silver that lasts 45 days and Gold lasting 30 days)

When I’ve come to add site supporter access on the couples profile, it’s giving me a completely different set of options (Silver only lasts 38 days and Gold 26).

Why are we being charged the same price (£5) for two different sets of package lengths????? Surely everyone should get the same package length.

I’ve tried raising a request with site admin owners but I’ve yet to receive a response. Anyone any ideas?

I consider it a loyalty bonus, that longer established users get a package that differs from newer accounts. It's not an error, it's a standard that Fab has maintained for us

I only joined again 4 weeks ago with my personal account and it let me choose the Silver package for 45 days but when I come to create a MM profile, it’s trying to short change me 7 days so I’ll buy another pass sooner.

I just find it odd and very cheated

As I and Rugby stated earlier, the site supporter duration is fixed to the specific username that is being upgraded and the date it joined. There's no connection to any other accounts that you have and their durations.

Think of it as a loyalty benefit, with longer-established customers maintaining the benefit of longer duration upgrade packages
