Profile has suddenly changed to a couples profile

I have had a singles profile for almost 2 years. All of a sudden its become a couples profile and I have no idea why. Anyone got any ideas how I can change it back?

Admin must have changed it for some reason that's known by only them. It was probably reported as being a couple on a single profile, but as you have it hidden that's only guess work. If you think that they've made a mistake message them and ask why it's been changed.
