Is anyone else having an issue at sending the SWING text to 79100. Keeps being rejected.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

It's a common occurrence for network adult and premium rates content restrictions to occur, from time to time. You can speak with their customer services, to check and remove them, where necessary, or via their account management, such as in their app

Some piggy back / cheap Sims don't let you send for short codes. Mine doesn't (Lebara ) Smarty and IDmobile are others so it seems

I'm having the same problem with 3

It has worked fine for ages but now all of a sudden it has stopped working. I can send the message amd get charged for the basic text but I don't get a reply with a code

I haven't been charged the supporters fee but it is a pain.

Have you checked the permissions you have with 3? When I had EE it took four attempts for them to lift the Adult block and for it to stay lifted

I have been in the last couple of days and re-confirmed the adult permissions, after your suggestion and experience with EE and still not working.

same here...just stopped working after years of being ok. resubmitted adult filter, this is a three phone
