Trying to add my partner back onto our account.

Previously we had a couples account and switched to single female account.

Now I want to add my partner back on.

I've messaged the site owners several times but had no reply.

Any suggestions?

It's probably easier to set up a new couples profile. You can always mention your single profile in the bio on the couples one for people to see veris etc.

It's really as good as impossible to convert a profile that has multiple verifications for one type of meeting, into a totally contrasting profile type, involving more than one person. We can't delete verifications, so the profile remains distinctly invalid and misleading.

I think you should create a new couples profile, that can refer to your single person profile, if you wish.

You've made the right approach, by contacting Admin. If after several days - as they might sometimes be busy and take a couple of days for complex issues - you can assume that they want things to remain the same. Multiple requests, just adds to their workload. I'd take the unspoken nudge, to start a couple's profile anew, if they're not giving you other guidance

I'd agree with everyone else - why not just set-up a second account?

And even if admin did change you back to a couple, someone would immediately report your profile because it only mentions you, only has photos for you, and your most recent verifications are just for you.

So it would get changed back to a single female.
