You can only report inappropriate behaviour to Admin and to let them deal with it. Money paid for site supporterbis not refunded, if accounts are cancelled

This is not true. If people are disabled by Admin they are offered a refund.

To the OP, I am not 100% sure what you mean but if a profile has been disabled they will look blocked to you. If you mean you think a profile is fake , report and it will be looked at.
