"Hi. Every time i log into the site (Chrome Browser either on Windows or Android Tablet/phone), when i type in my email and password and hit "Login" I get a "failed security test" message. I then have to type in the random generated number followed by my password again and it connects. This has been ongoing for about 2 months now, and the devices are connecting from my usual IP addresses etc. What is causing me to have to double log-in every time? Thanks" This used to happen to us (well, me) frequently because I wasn't paying attention when typing in the password, and because I had put it in incorrectly, the password manager wanted to update the saved details (the 'new' password, and I let it. So each and every time I tried to log in via my own phone, my phone would auto fill the wrong password and we would be directed to the security check. I had to delete the FaB details from my password manager and just do it manually. And it stopped happening. | |||
