Video rejected

We had the following message on one of our videos: Rejected: It looks like a screenshot, or a photo-of-a-photo. We can only accept the original. Totally bizarre as this clearly wasn't the case and it had received thousands of views before they rejected it. Any ideas?

If there genuinely were no television screens showing, another device in the shot and it wasn't a tribute video leave it in your gallery and contact admin to review for you
