As the site is about getting to know people better and have more fun... Wouldn't a chat feature where you could add several people be a good idea?

There's always the cam rooms. You can have 160 odd in one of those.

I suspect the issue would be who would moderate it, which would be necessary if hosted on the site. 🤷‍♂️

So if the person who started the chatroom thought someone was a duck they could chuck them out just like any other messaging service

Wouldn't work. This isnt a message service.

Anything posted on here would be the responsibility of the site to manage, hence the forums, chat rooms and even photo uploads are all moderated. I doubt it would be possible to have people moderating their own chat rooms.
