Flashing in public places

What is fabs policy on public flashing, in particular in a busy location like a supermarket. It could be described as indecent exposure, as a parent I wouldn't want my children turning into an isle to be face by a woman with her tits out.

If my child turned into an isle, I'd hope it would be Kefelonia or somewhere equally idyllic.

Flashing deliberately in a public place is illegal and it is indecent exposure, there is no "could be" about it.

I don't understand why some people think it is OK to do this.

I know I sound judgemental but it's not fair on innocent non-consenting people if they see something like that.
