Can't remember where the actual button is on the mobile site (sorry) as its been a while since I did it, but that link should take you there and has all the rules. Make sure you follow them all otherwise your photo will be rejected.

If you click on any members green flag icon on the Web app it will take you too the photo verification screen. It's also under the account section x
