That sending unsolicited pictures of a sexual nature to anyone else on this site and it is upsetting then this not only breaks many of the terms of use ..

Para Para 9.b and j - do anything which may negatively affect other Users’ enjoyment of the Service.

&

10.5, 10.12

But also could be classed as a crime?

Just curious x

It’s bad enough having to see them in avatars, but in my inbox is grim

That feels like a very subjective rule though and there isn't a measurement of what will make someone upset and that line will be different for everyone. I don't agree with sending those unsolicited photos in a message but it's definitely a tough rule to enforce.

It would be good if Fab gave the tools for users to control the type content that they receive

I've never ever ever sent a photo of anything to anyone I requested...it's totally wrong to even assume you'd get a positive reaction, let alone attract attention with it

Completely agree it's subjective to what will upset someone.

I think the problem is we've come to accept it as a thing. When we shouldn't have too.

Think we'd open up a lot more conversations if we knew a message might have substance rather than just a pic of a di....

I think pretty much anything anyone does could negatively influence a user's enjoyment.

I get that. So what would you do to ensure that?

When a man sends a first message and includes his dick pix, I delete.

We all know what a dick is, but if that's what he chose to represent him to me, I don't want to know.

It could be classed as Malicious communications, but considering the site we're all on, I would expect that it would only breach this if someone kept sending them after being asked not to. If unwaranted contact is made on more than 2 occasions it could be classed as Harassment, but most people will just use the block button.

Unfortunately it is the nature of sites like this. Not everyone behaves as you would in your normal day to day life.
