While I appreciate that admin can't reply to messages individually, they say they are all still read.

I have been messaging daily to get my account looked at as it's been almost a month that I haven't been able to update my status.

I have over 200 days of my Gold site supporter left, but still can't update my status. It's incredibly frustrating!

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have decided the block is staying.
