Essex, near basildon

We are using a new Samsung phone and I cannot see who is nearby despite location being switched on. I know it is working as maps and uber etc. All work fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Not sure if youll see this as your OP was 3 days ago but let's see,

Firstly on the address bar on your preferred web browser look for the little padlock, click on it and look for location and allow permission, Google Chrome is the 2 little slider bars in the address bar then click on permissions and again allow location. If those are already on then slide the top menu down and make sure location is enabled. lastly press and hold on that location icon and click on app locations and just make sure it's enabled on your preferred browser
