If you enter text between the less than and greater than symbols, then preview the message you get an error saying:

Error at: 3/15/2025 9:07:08 PM

If informing us about the error please note the time/date above

Goto the home page

The less/greater than symbols don't get displayed at all in previews when used on their own.

Probably an issue with the parser not escaping them as they are used to delimit html tags.

Try & lt; and & gt; (no space between the & and the rest).
