It might be a good idea to change the names of the video chat rooms. Having the room called directing rooms assumes all those within the room wants to be ‘directed’ this is certainly not the case and sometimes causes confusion from those attempting to ‘direct’. Thoughts?

No one has to do anything they don't want to do, that includes acting on a direction in a chat room. People shouldn't assume that chatters/ cammers don't have a choice, no matter what room they are in.

Because it separates those rooms from the others, where directing isn't allowed full stop and anyone doing so faces the wrath of the chat mods.

There's many rooms. Some where directing is permitted (but as said nobody is obliged) and others where it's not allowed.

Calling them 'Directing Rooms' gives those in them a clear indication that it's allowed.

So if people want to use it they know they may be directed and if people want to direct they can in this room.

Again, being directed doesn't mean it is compulsory to do as asked

Personally I stay out of the non directing rooms cos I don't know exactly what would be classed as directing.

Let's say I'm on cam and comment that I'm happy to watch others cum. Is this directing or a comment.

If a guy says something like, I would love to see xyz. Is that directing or just statement.

It's too hard to judge. So to be safe I stay in directing rooms. I think most do the same for the same reasons.

All the other rooms are usually very quiet in comparison.

Totally agree. I (Cirenhot) only use the directing rooms
