sound on cams

for a few days and after clearing system and catche etc we can still hear people on cam in the rooms even though we have switched sound off and it says its off.

any ideas

Have a look here and add some info.

What device you use. Mobile or desktop. Browser etc.

Admin are aware.

The more info users can provide would be better for admin to figure it out.
