Is the photo verification process getting weaker? Seems to getting worse. There's alot of people that class themselves as couples but there is no trace of the other person, not even the basics and a name?!

This sometimes happens when one half leaves. Strange that it's nearly always the man left behind . Mr writing.

We are separated but both still read the forums. I'm not aware of any meets since splitting.

Hopefully Mrs will meet and share with me.

With what you can do to photos nowadays it's probably easy to do a false photo verification. Many Men set up couples profiles to get around filters. They hope that the "my girlfriend is poorly line" will work, it never seems to.

A couple photo verification MUST have a male and female in it holding the username, while it may be possible to juggle about using photoshop I think its rarely the case

Bloke sent pictures yesterday from their couples account , no lady in sight , one of him on the bed with a wardrobe beside him. I asked if he had hid her in the closet !?!?

In answer to the question, no it isn't getting weaker, it is the same as always and PV's are double checked after they have been approved.

If you think anyone is not a couple anymore then I would report the profile and let Admin take a look please

Out of interest, while here.

If a person verifies themselves, then uploads completely different pictures ie of someone else, is that ever caught?

Numerous times I have seen women with picture verified accounts, but their pictures are blatantly of a girl in the USA (plug socket and general weather is always a give away)

Yeah if the pics are not the same then they would soon be reported and sorted

It helps the site if people report anything they think is dodgy, it will always be checked out

How about couples having to re-verify after a year or so? Get asked to include a new code in a verification photo? So many couple profile we speak to and it's obvious it's just a guy.

No sign of the lady, last verification was years ago, ghost on chats when a social/meet is mentioned

I had a couples profile for a while and whilst we had pictures together we kept forgetting to take a verification picture on the occasions when we'd meet

My singles profile was photo verified with just me. It has since been changed by admin to a couples profile because I mention my husband but my photo verification still stands. There is no sign of him on this profile, other than a description of how we work, because he does not use this profile, does not have access to it ans I don't use it to find people to join us together.

I mentioned this issue to admin when I asked for it to be changed back but never had a response.

If it's that obvious then I'd just do two things.

Report the profile and don't bother engaging with it. 🤷‍♂️

The workload for photo mods is already massive without having to deal with repeat verifications. And photo verification isn't compulsory.

So easy to get round, anyone can get their pals to pose for a photo with them and get photo verified. If theres red flags then just dont converse with any profiles ur wary of, the site gives you tools to use the rest is upto your common sense
