It's 2 things -
Fabs not providing the facility to have a T/T couple's profile
And, as a consequence, a profile of a 'single' person- who's transgender, getting photos rejected, when both her and her partner, are identifiable.
I think they've got to be approached as 2 separate things, unfortunately.
The last point, your photos getting approved, is probably the quickest thing that can be overcome. Regrettably, I think you'll have to obscure your partner's identifiable characteristics, such as all or part of their face. . Photo moderators would then be likely to approve them, should they also comply with all other photo requirement rules.
The main point, the existence of which is why you're facing this inconvenience, which is that Fab hasn't broadened the scope of its site functionality, to support the ability for a transgender couple to use their services, in an equal and fully commensurate way to that of all other types of couples.
This is disadvantageously prejudicial and is blatantly wrong. I did see a forum post on this and it should be addressed separately, so that it gets the attention that it deserves. It is not legal to discriminate against people, in the provision of goods and services, for the protected characteristics specified in law, including someone being transgender. They need to have objective justification, for why they are unable to provide their service.
As Fab provides the ability to have a couple's profile, for people who may only be friends, such as MM and FF profiles, then the site functionality should be utilised to do this for TT couples. Fab has had enough time to get this sorted, as the laws have been clear for many years upon this.
I'd recommend a separate post, into the site feedback forum area, which Admin always review, as well as contacting them directly, to notify them, potentially requesting that they undertake a solution as soon as possible for you both. This could avoid them having to face costly legal action.
