Find it frustrating that every time I mention another social media site in a conversation about things I get a ban for a couple of hours ridiculous has your social site but no free speech

It's to stop spammers who want to trawl the site for people to try and migrate them to other places, often where conversations will develop into discussions involving money.

If you want to chat offsite then it's perfectly possible to swap contact details without messaging any other social media site names.

Yes. You can swap off site contact details via PM and then take your chats, including any exchanges of social media details off Fab. Quite easy really.
