FabSwingers.com forum: Photo verification - taking long time for admin to OK?

We are posting this on behalf of a mutual friend.

She opened an account a week or so ago, has had a few meets and been in person verified, and tonight decided to do the photo verify option.

Her account has in essence been locked by admin, and the screen states her photo is going through verification which is usually done within 10 minutes. She is currently on a 95 minute wait and as she cannot get into her account at all to contact admin to query, is wondering if this is normal?

She was using the site apparently without hitch up until tonight when she submitted her photo verification (eg sending/receiving messages, uploading photos etc) although had not signed up to be a site supporter so she is also wondering if this is causing a delay as she is not in the "priority queue" as such?

I remember ours took literally minutes to approve.

I understand all admins and forum mods are volunteers, just trying to help a friend and relay some information to her is all

If the person logs out and sends a query to Admin through the contact link mentioning the username. Admin will look at it from there.
