Sorry to ask, but I can't find the "unlock" rules.

A while ago, I remember seeing somewhere the prerequisites for posting.

Can we have this as a "Sticky" or have I missed it somewhere.

How many verifications are needed?

How many replies?

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
