Direct photo comments

I assume this has been suggested before, but it would be nice to directly comment on a picture / video as opposed to just 'Fab' it.

Perhaps with some restrictions in place (say 2 per day) so you only get meaningful comments.

Thoughts...

It has been suggested numerous times and the general forum consensus was a great big hell no because it could be easily abused with negative comments as well as positive and most people don't want a running commentary on their pics regardless.
