Blocking A Profile Should Hide Their Content

Currently if you block someone, you still see all their content. So you may block them and still see them posting the same 10 videos every day just to clog up feeds.

Yes that's the case. It is annoying when it is the same people over and over playing the algorithm.

Also when they have messaged you, and you blocked them, they can still see when you're online and your profile picture by going into their sent box.

And obviously can look up all your posts in the forum.

The block is OK in general, but inefficient when you're being harassed.

I don't want to appear argumentative.

It is a rare case indeed where someone approaches and makes comments in person and on other platforms based on what they can still see through the block

The block here works but as pointed out it isn't a site wide block, so a blocked user can still be seen in the forums.

If you are being harassed you need to document everything and report it.

On each forum post there's a green arrow next to the persons name. If you tap that you can see the last 35 threads they contributed to.

Otherwise if you tap your own green arrow then substitute another users name for yours in the URL you achieve the same result.

Completely agree, if someone is blocked you should not be able to see anything of/or related to their profile and vice-versa.
