Recommended way to manage "Near To You"

Hi,

I'm in Saddleworth and there are a lot of men, not my preference. What is the best way to remove them as I don't want to damage their reputation if I block them.

Blocking them won't damage their reputation. Only you (and they, if they ever check) will know they're blocked. It doesn't go against them in any way as far as the site, or other users, are concerned
