May i propose that pics that are more than 5 years old on the site are auto deleted?

Just received a face pic from 10 years ago! I am sure passports expired by then

This happens far too often , we had a similar discussion, I mentioned that 10 years ago I had more hair and didn't wear glasses, so they re-sent one that was already on their profile, but only 4 years old !!

It’s a fuck site. I want to decide if I want to fuck someone based on who they are and what they look like now - not when I was in year 9 at school!

I'd much rather know the photo is years old - it gives me the opportunity to either pass or ask for a recent one. It's worth remembering that the date assigned to a photo here is just the date it was uploaded to the site - a photo with today's date could still be years old

I think there is a vast difference betwixt photo's on a persons profile that clearly show when they were uploaded and therefore can be dated, and those photo's that were taken ten years ago and pretending to be from today.

They are two different things and therefore a blanket rule would not be effective for what the OP wants.

Like going to a friend's house and they share their photo album with you.

Old photos with old dates are good to see.

Totally agree with OP. Too many old pictures, if only I looked as good as I did ten years ago! On the other hand it is a sign not too contact people who cannot be bothered to keep pictures up to date. There is no excuse for old or poor quality pictures with modern cameras in phones.

But as mentioned above a photo can still be sent via the device directly within a message. Is that going to clearly state it's recent, and as I've mentioned it's the memories of the user whom have been here a lot longer than most. It's purely simple if you don't like something on a profile move on

why should they be deleted its a history of how they have matured over the years .at least the photos are genuine nothing fake there which is a lot more than I cam say for many others .if you don't like delete
