Someone blocked me so I went to block them but their profile didn't come up. Does this mean they reported me and admin blocked both of us?

You have answered your own question, you can’t bring thier profile up as you are blocked from seeing it…..

There is a way to block them too. I think it’s easiest if they have messaged you

No. What I mean is when you block someone it shows their profile pic and says you have blocked them. This does not
