Message filters broken?

This is one of my "Message Filters" settings:

"Can't be TV/TS/CD (account type TV/TS/CD)"

But I just received a message from an account identified as "TV/TS"

Sooooo that's not working I guess...

Have you interacted in any way shape or form with the person?

If yes the filters are no longer applicable.

If not, wow on timing, the odds on that must be huge

Funnily enough this was the 2nd time this person contacted me. The first time I replied that I was not interested and then I setup the filter.

I've not been in contact with any TV/TS/CD otherwise.

I'll remove and reset the filter now to make sure that it's on.

As you have contacted this person before you need to block them, as the filter will not stop them any more.

It will continue to block the group however not the individual, hope that makes sense
