Trying to get out cpls profile sorted so can post in forum. Previous thread was closed but no contact from admin to fix issue. Have massage through contact us and no reply. Any ideas to resolve this

It can take up to 48 hours for a response but doesn't mean that admin might not be doing anything trying to figure out why....

Just be patient

But you need to use the couple account for assistance so they can check what the problem is, otherwise it becomes difficult
