If we send a friends invite, how do we know it's been accepted / deleted?

If they've accepted our invite, does that mean we can view their pictures, or do they have to send us a separate invite.

The reason we ask, we sent an invite to someone last week, although they've been online since we sent the invite, we've tried viewing their "friends" pictures, yet it states we're not "friends"

I think the only way to tell if they've accepted the invite is if they appear on your friends list, they don't need to send you one back but looks like they've deleted it, might have done it accidentally? I'd drop them a quick message?

Try sending another invite, if it says you’ve already sent one they just haven’t accepted it yet, if it sends ok then they’ve deleted the first one you sent.

It would be quite nice to have positive indication though.

Obtuse as it may sound, we'd actually quite like people to know that we've binned their Friends Invite, without them trying us again.

A bit of positive rejection for people who can't or don't read profiles before asking to perv on the good pics is a good thing in our opinion!

i usually message ppl and say sorry u cant come on friends list that way they know innit
