How do you report a picture

How do you report a picture on someone's profile that has been on for a while, as it goes against fab rules.

I know on new pictures there is a report linked but it seems to disappear on old pictures on the mobile site.

Report the profile mentioning the date of the picture

If you go on Desktop website you can report the older photo's, which you can't do on Mobile site.
