We have blocked members with no public photos but we still receive messages from them. Should members who quickly show photos on their profile to able them to message people like us have some sort of time out on Fabswingers?

Difficult to police, they can claim they deleted the pic due to "them" being harrassed etc

Surely Admin from Fab can look on their side and see if someone has uploaded a photo then deleted it within a few minutes?

It’s a useful filter. It demonstrates they won’t respect your boundaries. Block and delete.

They don't need to upload and delete they keep pics as private make one public send the message then make the pic private again.

The photo can be in Private for ages, all they do is change "who can view" and change back admin has not got time to police everything that happens on this basically "Free" site

The picture can sit in private pics for years, they don't need to upload and delete each time they just change the setting on the picture so no I don't think admin would be able to see it.

I simply see it as sneaky if they have done this and won't reply, normally I just delete and block.

I think it's unenforceable.

When I used the filter, I would see if a person messaging had any public pictures up. If they did not, I would block them for not respecting my boundaries.

It is technically possible - when you set all your photos back to private, the software would have to go through all the unread emails you've sent, and delete the ones that are no longer valid.

But is it worth it?

I was wondering how I was still getting messages through from profiles with no public pics. Does it tell the sender the reason they can’t message then? Maybe that needs disabling so they don’t know what to change to get through the filters maybe???

If people are playing games, such as making photos public, then hiding them once they have messaged you, they shpuld go right in the block pile
