Hi folks

I tried to send a message to someone and got a reply saying you can not include a website address in a message, go back to message check then resend.

I checked there was no website address, no .com written or hidden by me, so I pressed send and got banned for few days.

I sent a message to the site owners and have received no reply. I am a paid site supporter so not happy as I broke no rules.

Any admins can help me escalate this please ?

You don't get a ban for days. The block will lift after a couple of hours.

The pop up mentions other things as well as a website.

"To protect our users from SPAM or UNWELCOME CONTENT, because your message contained a WEB SITE or UNWELCOME CONTENT it has been blocked. This is to protect people like you from receiving spam! PS. please don't try and get around the blocks or your account will be removed"

It is not only websites that trigger this block there are also some banned words so you may have used one of those.
