You guys take money from so many people for supporter sponsors and never do an update/improvement then the one update you do is totally to the detriment of everyone’s experience on here… allow me to explain, for a long time it has got worse on here for needlessly abusive people and timewasters, one of they ways (certainly predominantly females and couples) tend too out timewasters is to incorporate a keyword at the end of their profile so if a message comes through without the key word, they wouldnt waste the time to read it, as likely its a clear indicator that person didnt take the time to read their profile, now again more females and couples (as opposed to myself in the single male category) get inundated with messages sometimes to a unmanageable level… this is a major way people are able to slimline what is and isnt worth looking at… step 1 being if you cant be bothered to read my profile for wants/likes etc, i wont take the time to read yours… its like you guys dont even listen to your customers, we send messages about abusive profiles etc, you do nothing, then the only thing worse than the fact you make all the money off supporters and for years have made no changes or improvements at all, is the fact that when you do, the first change you make is something that is of detriment towards a members usage of the site… seriously wake up man |
