FabSwingers.com forum: Profile support with profile problems

Hi,

I’m not new to fab and have been a site supporter for over 4 years with more than one profile (single and couples) contemporarily.

I’ve never had a problem until I set up a new account a few weeks ago. I recently split up from my long term partner and I’m now if a relationship with my new partner I met on the scene (she also had a singles profile). I closed my 4 year fold membership account with my ex and my new partner and I set up a couples account (https://m.fabswingers.com/profile/queen_and_knave_of_hearts) a few weeks ago, with Silver membership, we’ve attended some socials and had verifications but for some reason we can not post any “meets” nor post in the Forums, we’ve tried emailing admin from our couples account, but to date(3-4 weeks later) we’ve had no response and we have no understanding or reason why we can’t post a meet or in the forums. I see that Fab are quick at taking money from site supporters but then lacking in giving help or guidance when things are working the way they should and the way that they have been paid for. I’d appreciate some form of acknowledgment and reasoning for why we can’t create Meets or post here in the forum from our couples profile.
