FabSwingers.com forum: Cannot post in Forum

In one of our single profiles we cannot post in the Forums (this is our couple profile, no problem to post from this profile). The single profile is a Silver Site supporter profile opened more than 5 weeks ago, so it is way past the 14 days mandatory delay to be able to participate in the Forums).

The single profile is allowed to browse the Forums, compose messages and then click Preview or Post. No error messages, but the posts or replies to posts never get through, and never appear in the list of messages posted from the profile.

Twice have requested for admin help (Contact us / Report a bug or error) but no answer so far. It is frustrating not being able to participate in the Forums with the single profile.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or help.

Thank you. Did you sent them all to Report bug? Would that be the right choice? Been here for longer than 2 years on our couples profile and never had a site problem, so we are clueless about reporting issues.

No contact site owners am sure it was...its not a bug
