Cant Access Chat Room/Cams

Hi all

We are silver supporters but when trying to go into the Chat/Cams area on Fab we get the below, we tried on mobile and laptop and with different browsers. Any ideas?

"You're not currently ok to chat."

Sounds like you have had a ban.
