Nottingham

A gripe of mine and I’m sure it’s probably been discussed before.

The areas we’re lumped in IMHO could be streamlined (ie smaller geographical) for example:

I’m from Nottingham and when I look at meets & events I look at East Midlands. Last looked was over 70 meets listed tonight..

Now East Midlands to me is Nottm, Leicester, Derby and at a push Lincoln/ Northampton.

NOT Norwich, Clacton on Sea, North Yorkshire etc etc.. some of the meets listed are 4 bloody hours away..

Anyone agree?

Try being in Northern Ireland. If I search with anything more than a 40 mile radius the majority of results are in Scotland or the North of England.

If I want to search on the island of Ireland I have to change my location from UK to Ireland and then can only search by county rather than postcode.

They really should look at making the areas smaller… wouldn’t be much of a task at all..

Central

East Midlands includes pretty much anything, covering Essex, the former Doggerland area, towards Denmark, the Netherlands and Sweden on a good day

The areas are a little mad
