Under my privacy settings it says hide friends list from your profile, I don’t get it. I’ve looked on my profile and I don’t see it anywhere except in home page. Is that a desktop setting?

You only see peoples friends lists on the desktop site

Yes only on desktop. You can swith to the desktop site from the bottom of the home page if you want to have a look.
