What's the best way to go about getting this sorted for them?

There are a few criteria..

When your friend tries to post does it give a message?

when I rejoined the message I got when I tried to post listed the requirements time on site picture or meet verified etc

If anyone has a block on their account for whatever reason...they themselves can ask Admin for a review. They can do that from one of these links.

If Admin are going to lift the block they will mail the person letting them know.
