Suggestion : Friends Message Filter/Tag

What do people think of having a tag from messages from friends (so it displays by the message and is filterable) or even a separate sub inbox purely for messages from friends?

I can't see it being hard to implement and I'm sure it could be of use to a lot of people.

I would like see a filter for preference i.e. straight bi gay etc in the search boxes what would u like to see added?
