Really irritating thing happened earlier. We just opened a couples account and were having our first (after days of time wasters) good conversation with someone, but were suddenly told we can't progress without photo verification.

We don't live together and won't be in a position to take said photo for a while, by which time the person in question will probably conclude that we're either fakes or uninterested.

I get the need to out the fakes (lord knows I've seen my fair share as a single guy), but there has to be a better way of going about it. Honestly really frustrating for 'non conventional' couples.

We don’t live together but if you can’t get together long enough to take a picture for Fab verification how will you manage to meet anyone as a couple?

By the sounds of it then you must be expecting to plan something way off in the future.

Not ideal but can't you all arrange a video chat in one of the chat rooms?

The site wont let them use the site without it so they need to be photo verified, the profile will be stuck on needing to be photo verified by the site

You can take two separate pictures , they may be rejected depending on if they come in together but if you contact Admin from the contact link they will help

That's a bit odd .... if a couple agreed to meet you both I'll assume you'd find time to be together ? So if you can do that, can you not get together for 5 minutes to take a quick photo ? or am I missing something here ?

It happens usually if there is more than 1 profile been made from an ip address.. ive had a couple of profiles before and never had to photo verify then when i made this one I had to and tou cant get passed the photo verify part. Seen other posts on the forums say this was the case

There are lots of reasons why it happens, as lots of people have more than one profile for various reasons then this one wouldn't normally be a stand alone reason
