Hello. We are hoping to have our upload ban lifted. We were banned for not being in the picture, but we were in the picture that we posted. However it was a collage rather than a direct camera picture. So we are assuming that's the reason, but we didn't really get it at the time. We tend to pay the account yearly, so the question is can we have the ban lifted, as it's been a while. If not, will the ban be lifted when we renew our subscription in march?

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

We tried the contact route a while ago, but haven't had any response. We are ok with the ban remaining in place so this is a question as to what happens when we renew our subscription?

I think if you don't hear back from admin then the ban stands and wont be lifted at all
