Reporting soliciting

I get messages from people offering me money to meet. There are bunch of options for reporting someone including that they are a sex worker but you can't report someone for the reverse. Feels somewhat one-sided / discriminatory. If the site wants to exclude sex workers surly it should also have a similar rule for those trying to solicit sexual activity for money?

North Yorkshire

Any request to either pay or be paid (even site supporter payments) is viewed dimly by admin and if reported they DO take action

Hi

it's an option the opportunity to report so that it can be investigated and appropriate action can be taken, as it's against site rules. So any genuine report helps everyone rather than ignoring it....

My point is more the disparity. There is a designated report option to report someone for being a sex worker. There isn't an equivalent for reporting someone soliciting sex work. That feels like a regressive anti sexworker policy that protects 'punters' and targets workers.

So basically your complaint is that Fab is "anti sexworker"...

I'm guessing that the option illegal would fall under this

That is not what they said. It is the disparity and I think a fair point. Anyone offering services for money will get removed quickly. Doesn't appear to be so for those offering it.

It is not illegal to offer money for sex in the UK (apart from Northern Ireland). Against site rules but not illegal unless you are kerb crawling.

They don't, they all get the same treatment whether offering or asking for money

It would be helpful if you were going to post about site issues that posted the correct information

They are both treated the same to be fair, offering or asking, the report option just hasn't been updated for a while so if you use "other" it will be looked at by an Admin
